Q: What do you need to make a quotation?
A: 1. Physical sample or engineer drawing (3D drawing is preferred).
2. Purchase quantity.

Q: How long do you need to quote?
A: 1-2 working days.
Q: What's the general production leadtime?
A: If the parts are not very complicated, generally it's needed 10-15 working days for sample development / prototyping, 20-25 working days for bulk production.
Q: What kind of payment conditions do you accept?
A: For sample development order with amount less than USD1000, we accept Paypal. For order with amount higher than USD1000, we accept 50% T/T (telegraphic transfer) of deposit before production, and 50% T/T before shipment.
Q: How to know whether the order is being manufactured on schedule?
A: If requested by clients, we can provide a detailed order production schedule and send the report every week.
Q: How to ensure the quality strictly meets customer's request?
A: We can provide 1-3 pieces of samples for buyer's approval before production, if the quality is confirmed, then we will go on for bulk production. Our QC engineers will inspect all specific dimensions marked on drawings, and issue official test report if needed.
Q: How to ensure the material meets the standard?
A: We can provide official material certificate to prove the material used is correct and meets the requested standard.
Q: What will you do if the parts are not satisfied under factory's responsibility?
A: If the parts are not satisfied under factory's responsibility, we will return your payment or re-produce for you.
Q: What will you do if the parts are damaged during shipment?
